Mango
Mangoes of export quality are meticulously chosen for their exceptional taste, aroma, and appearance, often featuring renowned varieties like Alphonso, Kesar, Totapuri, and Dasheri. These mangoes undergo thorough sorting and packing, organized by weight categories typically ranging from small to large. Within this range, each mango typically weighs between 200 to 300 grams. They are carefully stored and transported throughout the supply chain, maintaining temperatures between 10 to 13 degrees Celsius to preserve their freshness and prevent spoilage. The vibrant hues of these mangoes, such as the golden-yellow of Alphonso or the greenish-yellow with a blush of red of Kesar, should be consistently uniform and devoid of any blemishes or bruises, adhering to stringent export standards. Each box typically contains 6, 9, or 12 pieces, weighing between 2 to 5 kilograms, ensuring that they reach their destination in prime condition.
