Dehydrated Garlic
Our range of export-quality dehydrated garlic products, available in flakes, kibbled, chopped, minced, granules, and powder forms, adhere to strict quality standards. With a maximum moisture content of 6%, hot water insoluble content capped at 20%, and ash content limited to 4%, our garlic products ensure optimal flavour and shelf life. Additionally, the acid-insoluble ash is kept at 0.5% maximum, with major defects limited to 1% and zero foreign matter. These specifications guarantee consistent quality and purity, making our dehydrated garlic suitable for a wide range of culinary applications. Packaging options include paper bags weighing 12.5/13/14 kg with an inner poly bag, or cartons weighing 20/25 kg with either a poly or aluminium foil inner bag. Container capacities are approximately 14-15 metric tons for a 20′ FT container and 25-26 metric tons for a 40′ FT container.
